To be honest, it really depends on how the market is performing and what you’re looking to write about. The best business writing is the one you can write about in a way that will get a response. The second best is what you can write about that will get people to sign up for your mailing list or to buy your product. The third best is what people who really care about your business will want to read.
I think it is a little bit of both, but the first and third ones are the ones that really excite me. The second one is the one I always struggle with when writing for business. I really struggle with writing for the consumer, because I know that people are the ones who are really going to care for your product.
