I have decided to create a series of videos to help other people create project management plans and use it as a resource for themselves.

To start this project, I’ve been using the following tools: Scrum, Trello, and a Microsoft Project template. I’ve also tried other tools, such as Google Docs, and Microsoft Project, as well as Google Apps for Business. In each case, my biggest problem is that they were way too complicated to use and I’d rather have something simpler and more flexible in place.
