A lot of people have bad habits. They have bad habits that they don’t want to change. They may get angry when their dog dies, they might drink way too much at night, or they may have a bad mood on a regular basis. The problem with these bad habits is that they keep you from living a happy, healthy life.

I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but if we just think about it, if we never have a bad habit, we don’t have to worry about it. Most habits are self-induced. When you have a habit that is self-induced, you are able to make it go away without much effort. For example, if you habitually drink whiskey for breakfast, by morning you will have forgotten all about it.

But if you habitually drink whiskey for breakfast, you will find yourself buying a bottle of Jack Daniels or Bourbon when you know you will never drink a bottle again because you are habitually going to drink whiskey every day. Just like in the case of the whiskey habit, there is a way to have it go away without much effort. It would be like having a habit of never chewing gum.

Just like the case of the whiskey habit, if you never start to chew gum, you can have the habit go away without much effort. The only thing you have to do is to never chew gum. But doing so is going to be difficult because chewing gum is an automatic habit. So trying to break the habit is going to require more effort than just chewing gum.

The reason for this is because chewing gum contains a substance called a “stimulant” that makes it easier for us to have the habit go away. The habit doesn’t need to go away completely, but it’ll probably be harder to have the habit go away. Plus, we’re pretty sure that if we stop chewing gum, we’ll feel pretty sick, so you might want to think twice before trying to quit chewing gum.

In the latest episode of Halloween we get to see if we can actually stop taking the stimulants in our bodies. You might remember that the film’s antagonist, the Mummy (Samuel L. Jackson), was a diabetic who took in a can of soda and a bag of gum a day to gain weight. In real life, it’s estimated that if you were diabetic, you’d need to consume about six cans of Coke a day to maintain your weight.

That’s why your body knows to take in sugar in order to avoid starvation, which is why it’s not a problem to take in a bag of gum. The thing is, when it’s the wrong kind of gum, it’s not just a bad idea because gum is a toxin and therefore something you have to worry about. If you take in a bag of gum, you’ll probably break your teeth and maybe even your jaw.

This is why we need to eat healthy, real food. And when we do that, we don’t get sick. But the problem is that when we eat healthy food, it’s not as healthy as it should be. Not only do we have to eat a lot of sugar that we don’t need, we also have to eat a lot of calories that we don’t need.
