We all want to know why we do what we do. Why am I so introverted, or shy, or outgoing?

There is a lot of speculation as to why people behave in certain ways, but there is one thing that most agree on: our upbringing has a significant impact on who we become and how we act. In this blog post, we will explore some theories about why people think and act in different ways.

My upbringing may have influenced my decision to be a writer. I was raised in an environment where writing wasn’t encouraged, so even though it’s something that I always enjoyed doing as a child, there are many people in my family who didn’t know this about me when they were younger. My mom remembers being surprised once she found out her daughter wanted to do nothing but write every day of her free time! “I had no idea you’ve been wanting to become a writer since age eight?” she said. It seems like a lot of people who were raised in this type of environment find ways to keep themselves from becoming writers, or they never even realize it’s what they want.

The environment in which we grow up can have a huge impact on our future decisions and interests. It seems like many of us are influenced by the environments that we grew up in – for better or worse! I think my upbringing may have helped influence me into wanting to become a writer because not only did I love writing as an outside activity but it was also something I truly enjoyed doing every day when I had free time. This is just one example though! What about you? Have your childhood experiences shaped who you are today?

What were the conditions in which you grew up that may have influenced what interests or careers types of work that interest you now? Let’s talk below!

Imagine for a moment that you grew up in a neighborhood where there were gangs, poverty, and violence. From an early age, you would have been exposed to these things that can shape who you become as adults; it might be difficult for someone with this upbringing not to feel like the world is against them every single day or stressed about their safety when out with friends.

Actors who were raised by their parents:

Some actors such as Cameron Diaz spent most of her childhood days at home being looked after by both her mother (who’s also an actress) and father; they ensured she got everything she needed without any neglect.

Actors who were raised by their grandparents:

Some actors such as Leonardo DiCaprio had to cope with being brought up by his grandmother and didn’t see much of her mother, Rosemary because she was busy working in the Hollywood film industry. Consequently, he spent most of his childhood years living on a farm and learning about nature rather than how expensive cars work!

The upbringing you are given has an impact on your future choices and interests which is why it’s important not to neglect children but instead get them involved at every stage of life so that they have access to all opportunities available to them.

Tips for success: If you want to raise well-adjusted kids then here are some tips from Donna Gephart:

talk to them about what they’re feeling (and not just when they’re upset)

let their ideas guide you, don’t force your own on them (allow for creative playtime and consideration of other opinions) – help them find a balance between laziness and hyperactivity

be patient with yourself as much as possible so that you can take care of kids in the most effective way. You might also need to step back from decisions until everyone has calmed down or go along with a child’s decision because he/she knows best at that moment. And lastly… stand up to helicopter parents who want too much control over their children.”
