On the other hand, the question posed to me was, “What should I be looking for in my job?” and I was hoping that I don’t have to look further than the company’s salary list to get my answers to those questions.
There are a few major things that you should be looking for in your job. I would say that you have to look at all of the compensation that you receive in your company, and at the same time consider the salary that you are likely to receive in a new job. A company should be willing to pay you a lot of money for the same services, so it is in your best interest to look at all that you are getting paid for.
So, I have to give it to the email marketers: The pay is high. Some companies pay their employees a premium, but I think they are still underpaid. A good salary is a good pay. I think it is really important that you look at the things that you are getting paid for, and do the math on those compensation.
