You may have heard of the concept of a “plans” in the construction industry. The problem is that building a home without a plan can be quite the challenge. If you don’t have a plan to follow, that can be very difficult to follow. Now that you have a construction plan, you can begin the actual building of the home.

In fact, if you use hardwood all the way in the interior of your home, it can be very expensive. Hardwoods (and softwoods) aren’t all created equally. There are many varieties of hardwoods, and certain types of hardwoods (such as hemlock, cedar, and cypress) are more expensive than others.
Most of my own construction project (and home renovation) is done with softwood. I use hardwood, but I do use hardwood for the interior of my home, for its beauty and warmth. I’m not a big fan of the exterior of my home. The exterior is pretty cool, but it can be very expensive, especially if you decide to use hardwood for most of the exterior of your home.
