I’m not sure what you mean by “tutu” as we are in the U.S. but if I had to guess, I’d say that it’s a big pink tutu with lots of lace and beads. It is very simple and easy to make.
Another great DIY project that I can recommend is a costume made from old bathrobe material that you got from the Dollar Store. It is the size of a tuxedo and the material is soft. And the best part is that it can be made in a home craft store. The only thing I would suggest are some beads to tie it all together.
