I’ve been doing digital shopper marketing for about a year now. I am on a journey to learn how to use social media to grow my business in a very unique way. I’m talking about creating a marketing strategy that drives traffic to my own site, along with others that you might not have heard of. I’m currently in the process of creating a website that I’m calling Digital Shopper Marketing.
It depends on your definition of “social media.” Personally, I like that you can use it to build relationships with customers, which is why I’m doing this. I also like that you can “follow” people so you don’t have to bother them with emails and/or phone calls.
