You would think that since a house is a product you can sell and that since it is a product you can make money off of it, that people would be more willing to buy. That is not the case. People don’t buy houses because they are more expensive. They buy houses because they are beautiful, because they are a place to create memories and because they are places to do business.
In the past, houses were owned by other people and were not owned by the owner. So when the owner died, the house came with a clause that said if the owner didn’t want it, he or she could give it away. The owner of the house didn’t want to give it away, and so the owners had to throw it away. This is very similar to the way that container marketing works today.
Container marketing doesn’t just buy a house. It buys a container that will hold the contents of the house as long as the owner keeps it. It then ships the container to the owner of the house who can then decide to keep it or sell it. The owner of the house has to keep the container somewhere until the owner dies, and so the owner of the house has to take care of a little bit of the cost of the container.
