Steps for Troubleshooting Audio Cuts Out When Playing Games: -Start by checking the headphone jack to make sure that it is not broken or dirty. It may be a simple fix! If you are using headphones, remove them and try playing the game without any audio device in place. -Next, verify that if there are other sound effects coming from your speakers (music or video). There could be an issue with Windows settings. Try disabling all enhancements cropping up on your screen when watching streaming videos online such as YouTube. You can also try turning off volume controls within those sites so they don’t interfere with the sounds of the games themselves..or turn down the master volume control at least temporarily while trying out
