What they did was they put the information in the email, and then the email was sent to them.
So we have no idea what the problem was, and it is hard to figure out what to do, so we are still waiting for a reply. They also told us that most of the users were at their computers at home, but they were still working.
It’s hard to make a good guess about what went wrong with the server, and whether or not the email went to the right people, because we have no way to know what the other users did, what they are doing, when they were at their computers, and if they were online at all. (The email could have been sent to whoever had the answer to our question, and they still may not have gotten a reply).
